The car, which is available for purchase, will be displayed at the hotel from June 21.
Hotel Byblos and Hedonic Machines have joined forces to create the Byblos B00 – a bespoke restoration of a classic Porsche 911 Targa, inspired by the glamour of the 1970s and finished with modern craftsmanship. This collaboration brings together two icons of the era, combining the legacy of Saint-Tropez’s celebrated hotel with the timeless appeal of one of Porsche’s most recognisable models.
The Byblos B00 is based on a 1970–1973 Porsche 911 Targa and was unveiled today at Hotel Byblos. Priced at €300,067 – a figure that pays tribute to the hotel’s opening year – this one-off model is more than a restored classic; it’s a celebration of design, history, and engineering excellence.

Maintaining the signature features of the original car, including its long bonnet, upright windscreen and distinctive roll bar, the B00 subtly integrates modern updates. It is finished in a period-correct Porsche Metallic Nachtblau, accented with brushed aluminium details, all handcrafted by specialist artisans. A custom backlit Targa roll bar adds a unique visual touch.
The interior is equally refined, featuring full-grain beige leather, engraved aluminium elements and bespoke details created by skilled craftsmen including members of the Compagnons du Devoir. A modern digital instrument cluster replaces the original analogue display, reimagined in the colours of Hotel Byblos.
In a nod to the hotel’s famed nightclub, Les Caves du Roy, a discreet, high-spec audio system has been fitted. Mechanically, the B00 benefits from a rebuilt engine converted to fuel injection for improved performance, and a chassis tuned for both spirited Riviera drives and track days.

“Hotel Byblos has long been synonymous with the timeless elegance of Saint-Tropez, and the Byblos B00 reflects this, with a modern design that retains the classic Porsche DNA,” says Antoine Chevanne, owner of Floirat Signatures.
“Hedonic Machines is renowned for its stories of [re]creation, and bringing these two icons from the 1970s together in the form of a one-of-a-kind vehicle showcases this at its finest,” adds Serge Heitz, founder of Hedonic Machines.
The Byblos B00 is not just a car; it’s a carefully curated piece of automotive and cultural history, designed to stand out as much for its story as for its style.
