London’s longevity club Surrenne reveals details on its new retreats on the Côte d’Azur. Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming programmes and visiting specialist practitioners.
Surrenne, the London-born longevity and wellbeing club within The Emory, is extending its philosophy to the Côte d’Azur with a series of four-night retreats at The Maybourne Riviera. Perched on the cliffs overlooking Monaco and the Mediterranean, the iconic Riviera property will become an idyllic setting for structured self-restoration guided by Surrenne’s expert practitioners and visiting specialists.

The retreats are set to combine nutritional science, movement, treatments, breathwork and one-to-one consultations. Programming will unfold across three stages—Ground, Recharge and Regenerate—moving from stillness and connection through physical renewal, coastal immersion and personalised work with practitioners, before concluding with breathwork and meditation intended to equip guests with tools for daily life.
Nutrition will be central to the experience and participants will indulge in an anti-inflammatory menu overseen by famed nutritionist and functional medicine practitioner Rose Ferguson. Her dishes are built from the sun-ripened produce of the Côte d’Azur and are designed to support gut health, energy release and sleep. Meals and juices are synchronised with circadian rhythms, aligning nourishment with the pace of each day.

Two programmes mark the start of the season. The Spring Equinox retreat (20th to 24th March) coincides with the astrological new year and introduces workshops led by astrologer and meditation teacher Belinda Matwali alongside Ferguson’s nutritional consultations, electronic music meditation, Yoga Nidra, Lagree sessions, coastal walks with sea swims and personalised treatments. The Anti-Inflammatory Reset (17th to 21st April) focuses on metabolic health and longterm habits through Ferguson’s workshops, movement, lymphatic therapy, Lagree classes and coastal immersion. Access to sauna, steam, cold plunge and fitness facilities is included.
Retreats are priced at €4,500 for four nights, excluding the room rate. Further 2026 dates will follow.
