One of Monaco’s most iconic hotspots enters a new era—beginning with a fresh look just in time for spring.
Monte-Carlo Beach, the iconic Riviera sanctuary, embarks on a transformative journey this spring, marking the beginning of a series of exciting evolutions that will unfold over the next few years. The venue’s reopening on April 14 will reveal an elegant new look that sets the stage for what promises to be an unforgettable makeover.
Designed to reinforce Monte-Carlo Beach’s status as a chic seaside retreat, the changes will harmonise the elegance of Riviera living with the tastes and trends of today. The first chapter of this exciting metamorphosis will be the unveiling of fresh decor surrounding the famous Olympic pool and the Le Deck restaurant, crafted by celebrated interior architect Dorothée Delaye who blends stylish and bold elements that honour the venue’s heritage while embracing contemporary design.

As the season progresses, the evolution continues. On May 16, the renowned Maona Monte-Carlo restaurant will be reborn as Sea Satin at Maona Monte- Carlo, a tribute to the festive spirit of Mykonos. With Mediterranean flavours and Greek cuisine on the menu, Sea Satin will host two vibrant services, followed by a lively afternoon of music and dancing under the warm sun, rekindling the legendary party atmosphere that once defined the Côte d’Azur.

From June 21, Jondal, a beloved Ibiza hotspot, takes up residence at La Pointe de la Vigie. Surrounded by the sound of waves and birdsong, this exclusive restaurant will offer a refined dining experience, showcasing captivating Spanish seafood dishes. Chef Marcel Ravin will also push the boundaries of his innovative “marine garden” concept at the Elsa gastronomic restaurant, ensuring the culinary offerings remain as cutting-edge as the venue’s new look.
With these exciting developments, Monte-Carlo Beach is poised to continue its legacy for many years to come.
