Since September, three Michelin star restaurant Mirazur in Menton has been hosting exclusive monthly winegrowers’ gatherings, where renowned houses present their most prestigious vintages. These dinners, offered in table d’hôte format in the warm, intimate setting of La Puerta, give just 15 privileged guests the chance to savour nine dishes specially prepared by renowned chef Mauro Colagreco and his teams to sublimate the exceptional wines on offer and explained with passion by the master of the domain.
After the success of Champagne houses Jacques Selosse, S de Salon-Delamotte and Clos de Tart, Bouchard Père et Fils and Domaine d’Eugénie (Artémis Domaines), it’s now the turn of the prestigious Château d’Yquem to present its wines on December 5.
