Custom Line’s fleet of 140-foot flagships is growing apace.

The Ferretti Group builder launched the fourth Custom Line 140 late last month, according to a statement shared Monday. The first example of the planing superyacht left Ferretti’s Ancona yard in 2022, with two more hulls following in 2023. The highly specialized craftspeople at the Custom Line atelier worked closely with each owner to give the yachts a custom feel. As such, the newcomer is slightly different from her sisterships.

The vessel features long, sleek lines that sweep from bow to stern, creating a powerful and dynamic silhouette. Light hues on the hull and superstructure are set against swathes of dark plate glass, resulting in a striking contrast of materials. The elegant aesthetic of the exterior extends to the interior, too.

With a beam of 28 feet, the yacht offers a generous interior volume of almost 400 GT. Inspired by residential architecture, the living quarters are fitted with large, floor-to-ceiling windows that allow guests to connect with the sea. The layout includes five guest cabins, four crew cabins, and several areas for entertaining.

The decor is the epitome of refined “Made in Italy” style. The furniture and furnishings showcase rarified natural materials, such as Travertino marble, Breccia Capraia stone, European oakwood, natural teak, and Libeccio leather. In another design juxtaposition, the palette combines pale white and cream hues with bold pops of burgundy and bronze. The interior also showcases a special metallic paint derived from the car industry that evokes a sporty, sophisticated feel.

The exterior decks are nothing to sneeze at, either, with a Jacuzzi on the sundeck, a beach club at the stern that spans the full beam, and a plush lounge in the foredeck. The bow also sports a garage for storing a tender or Jet Ski.

As for power, the yacht is fitted with twin MTU engines rated at 2,638 hp, which give it a top speed of 21.5 knots and a cruising speed of 18 knots. It also has a range of 1,850 nautical miles when traveling at an economic cruising speed of 11 knots.

Wonder what the next Custom Line 140 will look like?
