Why Turning to Frette this Spring Could Elevate your Sleep Wellness

As wellness takes centre stage, the Italian house draws on 165 years of craftsmanship to define a new vision of sleep and sanctuary for Spring/Summer 2026.

At the highest level of luxury, excellence is not measured by excess but by how something makes you feel. This is something that the artisans at Frette know well. For 165 years, the Italian house has defined what it means to sleep well, shaping the beds of royal households, landmark hotels and the world’s most exceptional private residences. In an era increasingly attuned to wellness, the importance of a restorative night’s sleep has never been clearer, and Frette remains its quiet authority.

With its Spring/Summer 2026 collections, presented under the theme My Sanctuary, Perfected by Frette, the brand builds on this legacy, extending its philosophy beyond the bed while remaining rooted in it. An evolution of the Autumn/Winter 2025 narrative The Bed is a Place, the collection honours the idea that true wellbeing begins with exceptional materials and meticulous craftsmanship, and that the spaces we inhabit should support both body and mind.

At the centre of the season lies jacquard, the textile that has defined Frette for more than a century. From the earliest looms of Monza to today’s ateliers, jacquard remains the medium through which the brand articulates its most intricate ideas. The SS26 designs demonstrate extraordinary technical precision, woven from fully dyed, delicate threads to achieve remarkable density and clarity. Silk wefts introduce a subtle luminosity, while finely twisted yarns lend resilience. Progress is deliberate: fewer than six feet can be woven in an hour, each length reflecting decades of artisanal mastery.

The new jacquards include Luxury Sway Jacquard, a 100 percent silk design inspired by ocean waves, and Stardust Jacquard, a cotton and silk blend. These are complemented by Signature Sateen bedding styles, refined cushions and accessories, and a selection of blankets and throws designed to soften spaces with texture and warmth. Beyond the bedroom, Frette turns its attention to the bath with new colour additions to its Unito towels and bath mats.

“With this collection, we wanted to reaffirm the role of jacquard as Frette’s defining language, while at the same time portraying a home that goes beyond function to become a place of balance, protection and authenticity,” says Cristiano Quieti, Global Chief Marketing and Merchandise Officer.

Available worldwide in Frette boutiques and online, Spring/Summer 2026 is an invitation to curate a home that feels restorative, expressive and deeply personal.
