Patrick Marine Yachts brings a boutique, owner-led approach to new build, brokerage and charter with personal access at its core.
Monaco’s yachting scene is defined by glittering debuts, blue-chip shipyards and big-name brokerages. Cutting through that noise is Patrick Marine Yachts, a boutique brokerage house built on personal access and meticulous service. Founder and Monaco resident Patrick Uznański (Polish-born, Warsaw-honed) entered yachting in 2008 after a career in luxury goods and premium real estate. What began with small powerboats evolved step by step into an international client practice. He sold his first yacht in Monaco in 2015, and in 2025 he formalised a Monaco-based company and office to anchor the brand permanently in the Principality.
Today, Patrick Marine Yachts focuses on three pillars — new build, brokerage and charter — run with the intimacy of a “family office” model: small, highly available and owner-led. Patrick remains personally involved in every mandate, supported by a lean team and an extended network of surveyors, managers and shipyard relationships from the Netherlands and Germany to Italy and Turkey.
Memberships and tools matter in this world. Patrick is a member of the Yacht Club de Monaco and participates in leading professional bodies including ECPY, CYBA, IYBA and the International Superyacht Society. On the tech side, he leverages Yachtfolio, YATCO and other professional broker ecosystems to keep listings — over 3,000 vetted yachts — accurate and charter options current.
Charter is a standout strength. The company has run charters for seven years, averaging about 70 charter-weeks per year, with the Mediterranean as home ground and growing demand for farther-flung expeditions from French Polynesia to Antarctica.
Below, Patrick explains his journey, positioning and plans — just in time for this year’s Monaco Yacht Show, where he will be walking the docks and meeting clients.

How did you get into yachting, and what shaped Patrick Marine Yachts?
I began in 2008 with small powerboats after years in luxury and premium real estate. From day one, I wanted a boutique company based in Monaco. It took years of work, customers from many nationalities and official representation of several brands in Poland to build the track record and network. I sold my first Monaco yacht in 2015 and in 2025 established Patrick Marine Yachts SARL as a Monaco-registered yachting company with a permanent office.
What’s your USP in a crowded brokerage market?
We are intentionally boutique — think of us as a “family office of yachting.” Clients get direct access to the owner. I stay personally involved in every process. That intimacy and availability, plus very high service standards, is our edge.
Which services do you offer?
Three pillars: new build, brokerage (used yachts) and charter. On the new-build side we can run complex projects up to 100 -metre with trusted surveyors and managers and relationships across Dutch, German, Italian and Turkish shipyards. For brokerage we curate from 3,000+ checked and accredited yachts and guide selection and surveys. Charter is a major focus with multi-year experience and about 70 weeks annually.
Professional affiliations and tools?
I’m a member of the Yacht Club de Monaco, and part of leading bodies such as ECPY, CYBA, IYBA and the International Superyacht Society. We use Yachtfolio, YATCO and other professional platforms to ensure accurate, timely market intelligence for clients.
Who are your clients?
Increasingly international. I’m Polish and still work with many Polish clients, but our book now includes Turkish, British, Spanish and Italian clients — natural for Monaco, which is a global hub.

Where do you arrange charters? Any new frontiers?
The Med is our core, with Bahamas and Caribbean popular in the festive season. Recently we’ve seen requests for Antarctica and French Polynesia from clients who have done the classics and want to go deeper. We advise on feasibility, pick the right yacht and manage the full process.
How big is the team?
Lean by design — around 20 across the group when you include our Poland base and service partners such as Croatia. The point isn’t headcount, it’s quality and responsiveness.
What should readers know about your Monaco focus?
Although my career began in Poland, Monaco is now the centre of gravity. Here we operate purely as a brokerage house — that’s the story I want to emphasise.
Will you exhibit at the Monaco Yacht Show? How can people meet you?
I’ll be attending as a broker, hosting guests and touring yachts. Meetings by appointment at the Yacht Club de Monaco, around the show or at our office in the Monte-Carlo Business Center in Le Métropole. I’m reachable by email or WhatsApp.
A line on your personal link to the sea?
I’ve always been sports-driven. I windsurfed from a young age, competing at times in Poland and often chasing North Sea swell in Denmark’s “European Hawaii.” The sea started as a playground and, in a different way, still is.
