From April 15 to 17, 2025, the debut edition will dive into the industry’s latest innovations, trends and challenges. Here’s what to expect.
From 15 to 17 April 2025, the inaugural World Yachting Summit will set sail at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort in Monaco, bringing together an impressive line-up of industry leaders, innovators and global stakeholders. Inspired by influential events like COP and Davos, the summit aims to drive meaningful conversation around the future of yachting, with a strong focus on sustainability, innovation and international cooperation.
The three-day event is structured around two core tracks. One will explore Business and Tourism Development, focusing on entrepreneurial strategies and regional growth opportunities. The other takes a deeper dive into the industry’s path toward Net Zero, addressing rising public pressure and aligning with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
Attendees will hear from an international roster of speakers, including Francis Lapp of Sunreef Yachts, Espen Øino of Espen Øino International and Dan Lenard of Nuvolari Lenard. Topics will range from clean propulsion technologies and yacht design to evolving ownership models and the role of digitalisation in marine innovation. The event will also touch on broader luxury industries, with contributions from aviation, hospitality and wealth management experts.

Key sessions include discussions on the future of catamarans, decarbonising navigation, regulatory compliance and how younger generations are reshaping expectations for yachting and travel. The summit will also feature the Innov’ Lounge, a dedicated space for start-ups to connect with established players, and a showroom for networking and showcasing new solutions.
A keynote on “The Future of Wealth” by Altrata-Wealth-X will open the summit, offering a cross-sector view of global opportunity. With plans to expand to Dubai in 2026, the World Yachting Summit is setting out not just to start a conversation, but to steer the industry towards lasting impact.
